Creamy Balsamic Poppy Seed Dressing Ingredients
2/3 cup siggi’s plain filmjolk
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Strawberry Fig Salad Ingredients
2 cups arugula
4 strawberries, sliced
4 figs, sliced
1 tablespoon goat cheese
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds for approximately 2-3 minutes. Shake the pan frequently to make sure they don’t burn. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Divide arugula into two bowls. Top with strawberries, figs and goat cheese. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and drizzle with creamy balsamic poppy seed dressing.
