1 cup siggi’s 4% touch of honey skyr
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ of a banana, sliced
¼ cup of your favorite type of apple, diced
1-2 Tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
a handful of pumpkin seeds
drizzle of peanut or almond butter

Mix siggi’s yogurt, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.

Top with banana and apple slices, and sprinkle almonds, pumpkin and hemp seeds on top.

Drizzle peanut or almond butter on top and enjoy!
