3 Tbs chia seeds
4oz siggi’s Plain filmjölk
1/2 cup skim milk
Combine all the ingredients for the chia seed pudding in a small jar or bowl. Give it a good shake or stir to incorporate all the goodness. Set aside for about 15 minutes or overnight to set.
Putting it together:
In a handy jar or bowl, layer 1 cup (5.3oz) siggi’s skyr with a few Tbs of the chia seed pudding.
Great to put together the night before to enjoy for breakfast.
