1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 cup siggi’s Vanilla Filmjölk
3 Tbs butter, melted and cooled
2-3 large eggs
2 Tbs maple syrup, more for serving
1 tsp almond extract (can also use vanilla extract)
sliced almonds and fresh berries for serving

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

In a small bowl, whisk together the filmjölk, butter, eggs, maple syrup, and almond extract.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into a waffle maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve warm and top with sliced almonds and fresh berries.
