1 cup (5.3oz) siggi’s 2% Coconut yogurt
1.5 Tbs shredded coconut
1 Tbs raw pumpkin seeds
On a lined baking sheet, lay out the coconut evenly and pop into a 200* F oven for abut 10-12 minutes or until toasted and golden brown. You’ll smell the delicious coconut when it’s ready!
