¼ cup milk
¼ cup canned pumpkin
½ banana, frozen
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¾ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground clove
a pinch of nutmeg
ice
