Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup low fat milk
1 cup (5.3oz) siggi’s plain yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup mixed nuts and seeds
pinch of salt

Preparation
