2 fillets of olive oil packed anchovies
3 cloves garlic
1 cup siggi’s plain filmjölk
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded finely
Mince the garlic and anchovy fillets and smash with either a mortar and pestle or with the back of a heavy knife on a cutting board until it resembles a paste.
Add the smashed garlic and anchovies to the filmjolk. Add the dijon mustard, lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk until well combined. Lastly, slowly stir in the parmesan cheese,
