1 5.3 ounce container of siggi’s vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ – ½ medium red onion, chopped
1 crown broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup golden raisins
¼ cup sliced almonds

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours to allow for the flavors to blend together.
Serve chilled. Store covered for up to 5 days.
