2 cups blackberries
2 Tbsp water
1¼ Tbsp matcha powder
2 8oz siggi’s vanilla whole-milk drinkable yogurts
¼ cup heavy cream
In a small saucepan, heat blackberries and water over medium-low heat until the berries start releasing their juices. Mash berries with a fork and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In the meantime, whisk matcha and drinkable yogurt together in a bowl. Add cream and stir to combine.
Using a spoon distribute the berry mixture into the pop mold, filling the mold about 1/3 of the way. Carefully pour the matcha mixture into the mold until full. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
