Banana Walnut Bread

1 stick of butter, room temp.
2 large eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3-4 bananas (about 1 cup, mashed)
1/2 cup siggi’s vanilla filmjölk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350*. Butter a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, filmjölk and vanilla. Beat until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Add the banana and sugar mixture to the flour mixture.
Fold in the nuts and and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for about 50 minutes to an hour or until a tester comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
