1 slice whole-grain bread
3 Tbs siggi’s Plain 0% Skyr
2 oz heirloom tomatoes from the farmer’s market
1 tsp red chili flakes, optional
salt & pepper
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the yogurt. Season with red chili flakes, salt & pepper.
Spread the mixture on the bread (can toast!). Top with the tomatoes and add a touch more salt & pepper to taste.
