1/2 cup siggi’s 0% plain yogurt
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 ripe avocado, skin and seed removed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
1/8 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Use as a salad dressing or to complement your protein of choice.
