ingredients
1 cup siggi’s 0% plain skyr
1 clove garlic, grated
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp chopped parsley, packed
½ Tbsp chopped chives, packed
½ Tbsp chopped dill, packed dash hot sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk together skyr with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
Enjoy with veggie sticks, chips, or baked skyr chicken tenders.
