ingredients
1 cup (5.3oz) siggi’s 0% plain skyr
1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp basil, chopped
3oz cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
salt & pepper to taste
On top of a bowl of siggi’s plain yogurt, drizzle with the olive oil then top with the sliced cherry tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Delicious with some crunchy pita chips.
