Raspberry Chocolate Mug Cake

4 Tbs whole wheat flour
1/4 cup siggi’s vanilla filmjölk
1/4 cup raspberries
2 Tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Black Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp baking powder
Quick and easy to whip up with everyday ingredients on hand for when your sweet tooth strikes!
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe mug. Mix well, making sure that the raspberries are well incorporated into the mix. Microwave for 2 minutes. Depending on your microwave settings, if not cooked after 2 minutes, keep cooking at 15 second intervals.
You can swap out the whole wheat flour for allpurpose flour for a lighter mug cake!
Top with a dollop of siggi’s and a sprinkle of chia seeds and fresh berries and enjoy!
