Coconut & Lime Filmjölk Granita

4 cups siggi’s Vanilla filmjölk
½ cup siggi’s 2% Coconut yogurt
3 Tbs coconut palm sugar
Juice of 2 limes (zest before juicing and set aside for garnish, optional)
Whisk together siggi’s 0% vanilla filmjölk, siggi’s coconut yogurt, coconut palm sugar and lime juice with 1 cup water. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
Freeze about 3 ½-4 hours, until the mixture is firm and flaky, whisking every 30 minutes; switch to a fork when becomes too difficult to whisk.
Garnish with lime zest (optional) and serve with grilled pineapple or fresh seasonal fruit of your choice.
