2 cup peaches, sliced and frozen
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 cups siggi’s Plain 0% Skyr
1 tsp fresh lime juice
In a food processor, combine the peaches and cane sugar and pulse until very finely chopped. Add the yogurt and lime juice. Continue to process until pureed.
Freeze the mixture for about 2-3 hours and process in the food processor once more. Enjoy immediately or transfer to a container to store in the freezer.
