1 cup siggi’s Raspberry 0% skyr
1 cup siggi’s Blueberry 0% skyr
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
1 Tbs. honey
Crush the raspberries and blueberries together.
Add the skyr and milk and mix well.
Fold the honey into the mixture.
Pour into molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
