1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup siggi’s 4% vanilla skyr
1/4 cup apple, grated
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup, plus more for garnish (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped, for garnish
In a jar or bowl, stir together oats, milk, skyr, apple, syrup, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with walnuts and a bit more maple syrup, if desired.
