Ingredients
2 cups siggi’s plain filmjölk
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbs coarse sea salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
2-3 pounds of chicken parts

Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together filmjölk, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
In a gallon size ziploc bag, place the chicken in the bag and pour the mixture into the bag. Store overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 420*F. Line a baking pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
Spray with a bit of olive oil and arrange the chicken evenly on pan.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until cooked through. Should be about 180*F internally.
