Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp coarse salt
2 Tbs siggi’s Plain 0%
5 Tbs butter, cubed and chilled
1/3 cup milk

Preparation
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, & baking soda. Cut in the cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Slowly add the milk and skyr until well combined.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and sprinkle more on top. Roll dough until about 1/2 inch thick and cut with a floured biscuit cutter or drinking glass. Press together any unused dough, roll out, cut, and repeat until no dough remains.
Bake at 450*F for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
