1 cup raw almonds
1 cup dried cherries, chopped
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 container siggi’s 2% black cherry
¼ cup chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until almonds are broken up into small pieces. Add cherries and blend for 10 seconds. Add rolled oats, siggi’s, and chia seeds and blend until well combined.
Form 1 oz balls and roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy as a quick snack!
